Regional Infrastructure
Served as Partner-in-Charge and project advisor for the development of a servicing strategy, an amended EA and then design of an infrastructure solution for the servicing of the communities of Holland Landing, Queensville and Sharon in the Town of East Gwillimbury. The solution arrived at was required to address numerous technical, social, coordination and financial challenges.
