Drawing upon a wealth of experience gained over many years working in and leading a large multidisciplinary national consulting firm, Bob Webb has now turned his attention to providing personalized, high value-added services to select clients through Webb + Co.
Bob’s urban development and community building experiences include providing technical, team and project management leadership, innovation and strategic advice on projects that have shaped the Greater Toronto area landscape and created new neighbourhoods and landmarks over the past 30 years.
Bob is a relationship builder and a problem solver. He has established positive working relationships with clients, approval agencies and other professionals. A number of Bob’s relationships are more than 20 years long, and in many cases, transcend multiple organizations.
On the business front, in addition to leading various operating elements of a large consulting firm, including the entire firm as President, Bob has experience in business acquisitions, the integration of acquired businesses, business improvement, reorganization, team development, new business and new market creation, operational excellence and strategic planning.
